Illuminare Mattifying Mineral Foundation

I’m 64 years old. I’ve been using this foundation for years. It has excellent coverage. I always get compliments on my skin. I was thinking that I should switch makeup since I’m getting older. Wow! Was that a mistake! I have very sensitive skin. Some makeups that I tried that were supposed to be hypoallergenic, made my eyes swell up. I even went and tried makeup that was WAY more expensive. The matte coverage just sat in my wrinkles, making them more noticeable. Their full coverage didn’t cover anything. After trying several other brands, I reordered the mattifying mineral and Illuminare Concealing mineral foundation. I mix them together before applying. I continue to get compliments on my 64 year old skin. Why did I even TRY anything else?! If you have dry skin, there is also a Moisturizing mineral foundation.

I recently returned to this product after trying other things, foolishly, for a while. This is so lovely, gives great coverage and really does last all day. Kicking myself, couldn’t be happier. Thank you !!!! I feel pretty again.

I have oily skin and lots of blemishes. This product covers extremely well and is matte and light.

Perfect for Tropics

This Matt foundation is perfect for one who lives in an humid, moist, warm environment such as the tropics. I found with the other foundations my face would be too oily and sweaty. This mat finish helps keep my face looking smooth and silky.

Mattifying Gorgeousness for base, bronzer and highlight!!

I am a huge Illuminare fan and have created a flawless look using three of the mattifying foundations: I used the Portofino Porcelain to create a gorgeous base, a mix of Tuscan Sun with their blush dotted/blended strategically to create a bronzer effect, and the Amalfi Alabaster in tiny dots as a highlighter. In all, it creates a gorgeous, matt "of one" look, wears all day, and is actually good for my skin. The best product out there by far.

BEST foundation out there! I am a long-time user of Illuminare Mattifying Mineral foundation and it is... simply the best!! It is a beautiful product that is good for your skin and provides gorgeous coverage without looking heavy. Wears all day and has SPF in it as well. Once you use Illuminare it is hard to use anything else as there is simply no comparison. Excellent product!
