Returns Policy
We have a 30 day money back guarantee policy from date of purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with our products for any reason, please either request a return from your order history on the website or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order or simply call our toll-free number (866-999-2033) for a RMA # to receive a refund (excluding all applicable shipping charges). Products must be returned within the 30 days for credit. We will deduct actual costs from your refund for return postage if product is returned for delivery errors by the US post office, UPS. If free shipping was provided, then any returns that reduce the order to below the free shipping purchase level will have the cost of shipping deduced from the return. All exchanges are subject to applicable shipping rates equal to a regular order. All returns are subject to management approval. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We only ship orders on business days for business day delivery, excluding weekends & holidays. We use a fulfillment center located in Southern California. If your order needs an expedited method for other than business day delivery for a special occasion, then either call 866-999-2033 or take a look at our products on Amazon.com/illuminare. Amazon Prime may provide a better delivery solution.
Checking the Status of Your Order
AFTER your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours (1-2 Business Days). You will receive a confirmation email, which will include an IlluminareCosmetics.com order number. Domestic Shipping Rates (UPS Ground / UPS Next Day)
UPS Next Day Orders received by 8:00 AM PST/PDT will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 8:00 AM PST/PDT will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. All rates are for Business Day delivery,
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

International Shipping
For the rest of the world we ship US Postal Int'l Mail for orders under $100 or USPS Postal Express Mail (EMS)/UPS Worldwide Express for any order. Any duties, taxes or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. If you refuse a package and parcel is returned to us as ''Unclaimed'' or for any other reason, you will be responsible for all return & any reship charges.
Delivery Time
We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are conditions which may cause delays.

Credit Card Approval: AFTER your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.

Cutoff Time: Orders received after 5:00 PM PST/PDT will be processed the next business day.

UPS Ground Service: Delivery to some destinations may take up to seven business days. Generally, most metropolitan areas should receive delivery within four to five business days.

International postal orders can take 1-3 weeks for Canada and 3-6 weeks for the rest of the world. Usually clearing customs is the cause of most delays.

UPS may require a signature for delivery. If you do not plan to have someone available, then please indicate no signature required in the comments section during checkout. You are now releasing liability for a lost package. We suggest shipping to your work address for security.
